HOUSE AND GARDEN
Solstice Farm, located just 12 miles south of Port Townsend, and is ideal for exploring the Olympic Peninsula. The farm evolved from a 33 acre pasture and barn into a unique working farm in 2002. We currently raise market lamb, pigs, and free range chicken eggs. In addition a large organic market garden and apple orchard have been developed.
In 2008 Linda (the builder supreme) completed the new farm house bed and breakfast with two large airy guestrooms opening onto the atrium with its 20 foot tall wall of glass overlooking Beaver Valley. The atrium and livrary in the loft are both common space to be enjoyed by our guests.
We want to thank all those that stayed at the B and B these first few years. The 2015 B and B season was opened with many old friends from the first six years.
2015 began with the arrival of 18 lambs, 50 chicks to add to our 150 hen flock and 20 piglets. 2016 shoud be even more bountiful with lambing beginning in March. bounty.
You are invited to participate in the feeding and care of our "babies" and other activities you might enjoy during your stay. Be sure to reserve early if you wish to be part of this lambing season.
